I just received beautiful fat quaters and layer cakes, all from the same family from Connecting Threads. (it was during the 40% off sale) Now, what should I do with them lol. I've looked for patterns but nothing is tickling my fancy yet.

    I'm searching for ideas, anyone???????

I really like layer cakes. I have stacks of them. They are the first I reach for when I have a small project to do.

There are whole books with patterns for layer cakes and fat quarters. Or google them and you'll be amazed by the available patterns.

There's a pattern called Cake Walk with layer cakes - I can send a picture if you can't find one.

Just dont wash before using. I got the farm 10 in squares and they shrunk at different sizes so could not use them in the quilt I was making. I was doing the 10min block and cutting into charms size.
