I have my Brother QC1000,happy with that, I have never really been interested, so far, in embroidery, My dream is to actually have my own place so I can have a sewing room and maybe one day a long arm. Just found out the place I am moving to I won't have a sewing room at all. The lady I am renting from decided she would rather use the room as a guest room .All my things are going into storage.

I am picking up my dream machine tomorrow. A Janome Horizan. I bought a Janome Embrodery machine a fee months ago and love it. My Bernina is giving me too much trouble now. It is in the shop yearly for very expensive repair work and is not one set for quilting. It will be retired. I guess I have my 3 dream machines. The third one is my FW that I take to most classes. At my age I desirve what I want and when I want it. Since I am a widow I can feel this way. Of course my toy poodle, Heidi, also receives the best and is totally spoiled.

Recently got the HandiQuilter Sweet Sixteen... never thought I'd swing that, but the hubby surprised me and I love it!
My other machine is the Janome 7700 and I've been very happy with that one. I lusted after that one and got it too.
If I could dream though... a Pfaff when the machines were still made by Pfaff - made in Germany - and not SVP (Singer Viking Pfaff - the holding company that now owns Pfaff). I had one made in West Germany and that was an awesome machine, but it took a swan dive off a UPS truck. Still miss that machine.

I'd choose a longarm, would love to have one handy to use ... !
Don't NEED a new domestic machine ... but as long as we're wishing, I'd like to try the new Janome 8900

My dream machine is my Bernina 1260 who is the prettiest girl at the dance now that she's back from SewingMachineSteve's spa! Sewing with her is bliss. Now if I wanted some others to keep 1260 company and just to play with, I'd love a nice little Singer 221 to take with me on trips. Also, I would love an old all mechanical Necchi and/or Visetti. No more electronics for me! I know my 1260 has a motherboard and when that dies, I'd have those old straight stitchers at the ready. My MIL's 15 clone is currently at Steve's spa just as a treat for her. So I have the tough denium, canvas straight stitcher workhorse in my inventory!
