    Default Library quilt question

I have made a library quilt top and I will hand quilt it. I have seen some examples of this type quilt with printed selvage edges sewn on the "spine" of the "books" to mimic titles. I want to do this to maybe half of the books. I’m going to turn under the cut edge of the selvages. But do I need to do something to uncut side. Will this uncut side ravel? I’m going to attach the strips with Monopoly. I will appreciate any suggestions.

The selvage side will not unravel.

Your salvage sides will be just fine. I love library quilts. I haven't made one in more than 25 yrs. I still have my original pattern in a drawer that I come across quite frequently. My intention is to make another one 'someday'. Best quilting on this quilt. I look forward to seeing the finished quilt soon.
