    I like the light...........it makes the colours pop! But the dark is nice, too.

    LOL, I was about to type the same words but in the opposite. I can't believe I'm saying THIS, but I love the light best. And I usually lean towards the darker more dramatic.

    I have to ask what is the color/name and manufacturer of your light background fabric? I am totally in love with it. Had you chosen a white or tone on tone white, I probably would have chosen the dark. However, this color is absolutely amazing in it's ability to pick up and reflect the colors in the print.
    It's a wonderful quilt you have there and I totally love it.

    I even like the seams in the light fabric as they give me the feeling of ripples on a calm pond.

    I would like the light for me but the dark makes a stronger impression, more contrast. Both look great.
