I found a great deal for fabric that I really need (okay, I really like) at Cotton Patch on line quilt shop. Can anyone tell me if this is a good idea? I haven't bought much of anything on line before.

Could you be a little more specific? What kind of deal did you find? :)

I order quite a bit online, as do most quilters here. There are some great prices if you search for them and there is a ton of info on this board.

I order online all the time. If you found a great fabric at at good price go for it.

I buy from Cotton Patch all the time. They are great. Service is quick, selection is great, and the staff is wonderful to deal with if you have a problem.
