    Default Little House pattern

I have a lot of little pieces of fabric that I need to use up or give away. Thinking of trying to make little houses for a quilt, (rows and rows of houses) but can't remember who the pattern was from. Does anyone know the pattern I mean? Thank you in advance ladies!

Jen Kingwell had a booklet called My Small World (I think that's the correct name)

In my guild, we just did an improv challenge....just decide what size blocks you want to make and pick up the scraps and go...maybe a good idea to have a pattern for the first one, but then you can modify especially if you want to fuzzy cut some of your fabrics

Missouri Star website has a tutorial called "Tiny Houses." It's adorable. I made one and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I too use the MSQC "Tiny Houses" and it came out adorable. I would recommend it very much.

Linda, you might mean the challenge one from 10 years ago or so? That pattern was designed by a lady from Scandinavia I think, and used a rubber stamp for marking the pieces for cutting and sewing lines. Way cute, but the rubber stamp kit was quite expensive, and the pattern turned out to be metric.
I switched fairly quickly to a similar sized paper pieced pattern found freely on the web, the blocks were 3" finished. I made them for years I finally used them in a kit I got from a member here on the board in m y own setting. This is one of my favorite quilts I've ever made.
I just watched the MSQS you tube, their block comes out 4X6" finished. They are all good for scraps! I added corners to mine to make them finish at 6" like the blocks from the kit.
