I agree completely and do not buy from them no matter how much I like the fabric. This morning I was fabric shopping, one place was wonderful to the point there was no charge for the extra almost 12 inches on the end of a bolt. The other one I wanted 5 different pieces 6" -they could not do 6", I could get 4 1/2" or 9" but not 6. I almost left without. I felt bad for the person waiting on me cause she spent 5 minutes or more being told why she could not do 6". Their computer program for the cash register is not programmed to do 6".
