I was wondering if anyone has made a baby blanket with sheep on it. I have a friend that is having a baby and I was picturing in my head. A quilt with sheep jumping all over it. I wanted to use the fuzzy sheep looking material. Has anyone done this? I was trying to figure out how to make it look like sheep? Before I spent money on fabric to experiment on I thought I would ask all you wonderful quilters. Thank you. :D

This is one that I did for a friend. The sheep are acutally cut outs from a brown sweatshirt, with the back as the 'right side'. It was a cutout from clip art. I did the eyes in a single flower stitch from my decorative stitches selection.

    this is the overall pic
