Does anyone have a truly easy way to load a quilt onto a machine(short arm) frame? I have watched several tutorials and still can't seem to get the hang of it. I have just spent 3 hours practicing on a cheaters panel, backing and batting only to find out about half way thru that I had not rolled the top correctly, I had rolled the pickup bar under instead of forward, when I changed it, it did make it some better. The whole process of loading should be easy but I am having a heck of a time. I know someone has an answer. I have had this setup for almost 2 years and have only done a wall hanging( with alot of trys at stippling). I have made 2 quilt tops that really need to be finished but am scared silly to try!! I don't want to ruin them. Help!!!
