I am going to make a log cabin around a printed quilt funnies. I already got the fabric but then when I came home I realized that I picked it out wrong. I picked 4 different color changes, 1 for each side. Then I remembered I saw a log cabin like that before but I can't find it now. I want to see a picture of one before I start or go buy more material to do it the traditional way.

Please help me find a picture.

Yes...The top one is what I meant. I guess that doesn't look to bad. But I also want to know what the blocks look like together in a quilt. Thank you for the pictures.

I did search at the top of the QB and couldn't find anything along with googling it. The internet and I aren't the best of friends...LOL Whenever I try to look something up, it usually doesn't work well for me.

mlaceruby...Thank you...Can you do the other one like that too. The 2nd one you did with two of the colors on either side. You are the bomb!!! You must have the EQ? I just bought one but haven't gotten it yet. I can't wait though.

for those of you who, like me, don't have EQ, check out http:/www.quiltivate.com ....previously recommended on this board by someone else. you can select blocks, then color them and see them as a full quilt, change orientation, etc. It's been fun and very practical for no cost.

Thank you for doing this for me. I was trying to explain to the hubby and he wasn't getting it. LOL I think for what I'm gonna do the last one you did would be the perfect choice. Have a Happy 4th of July.
