When we moved, DH did not want me buying all the totes so some of my fabric is in totes and some in cardboard boxes. The boxes are a pain because I can't see what is in them and since we had help to pack the boxes the labeling leaves a lot to be desired. I wish I had ignored DH and just used nothing but the clear plastic totes. It has been over a year and the fabric coming out of both is still good, though I do wash the stuff that comes out of the cardboard.
