I don't use invisible thread in my Gammill. For a thin thread, I like Glide. Pick a neutral color and it comes out like you want: more texture than showy stitches.

Thanks everyone for the feedback especially on the tension adjustments. I think I'll get some Monopoly and play with it. Bought some Glide at a show last year and forgot I had it so I'll have to try that one too.
