Here is the plans, we 'adjusted' the length and the width to fit what I was wanting. I ordered the 'clamps' from a place onliine then found them cheaper here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=230634182265

The PVC pipe and fittings cost us right at $21.00 and then the clamps would cost about $12.00 off ebay. For a total of $33.00. It took my husband about an hour to cut and put it all together. They sell online for $70.00 & up PLUS shipping. So this is a great deal!
btw: we did not glue anything together so I could take it all apart and store it when I'm not using it.

    Have fun!

Try some of that non slip shelf lining either under your quilt - on the rails of the frame - or on the clamps..... or maybe both.

I don't know if this will work, but

When we were putting in our centralk vacuum, there were pipes that went in the wall, looked just like pvc pipe. But, they were a slightly different diameter, that way we had to buy THEIR pipe, not just use plumbing pvc. I don't remember the sizes, but if they had a size close to a pvc size, but not exact, it might work

(central vacuums and all the innerds needed, such as the pipe, we got at an electrical wholesaler)
