    Wish I had a brother like that! Mine doesn't even speak to me and lives 500 miles away.

    I hope you have or are qoing to make him a special quilt even if it is just a lap quilt for now. How nice of him to go out and pick out books for you. Is he single? I have a few friends that deserve a considerate guy. Obviously he is encouraging your creativity. How lucky are you. :thumbup:

    Speaking of good deals, did you all know that Hastings bookstore sell used quilt books. I bought one for about half price. I thought I got a good deal. !!! :D
