Have you ever seen a quilt that had photos in it that looked like they were part of a film strip? The one I am thinking of used black & white stripe fabric...well I think that was the look. Please help me find it!! Thanks

There is a photo of one in The Australian Quilters Companion 2012 Yearbook called 'Travels'. It is one of eleven Australian Quilts chosen to be shown at Quilt shows in USA last year. I will try to scan it and post a pic here later.

Thanks - the first one is something like it...I like that one! I can use that idea if I don't find the other one.

Oh YEA...that was it Hopetoquilt! Not exactly a film strip now is it! Funny how the memory is not perfect. I also like the other one posted above. Any more? I will be interested to see what else you great quilters know about.

I own both... They r great patterns. The hint I got about the 1st one is to get black and white stripe fabric to do the edge of the film. Faster than piecing...
