Default looking for fabric with roads, and buildings.....

I'm looking for fabric to make aplay mat that has roads, and buildings. I made a play mat twenty years ago that had roads and a little town on it. I was able to find this fabric, but I saw that one of the companies will be releasing a new one in 2013. I'm wondering if there is another company that has one out that I can get now.

There is one out there. Don't know the fabric line that makes it but saw it is a QS on Friday. Good luck in finding it. If the shop was in the same town as I am I would give you more info but I live 60 miles away from it.

Do a fabric search on the net...I was able to find a different fabric that I needed that way.

Try Wal-Mart. That's where I bought mine for my grand-nephew's floor quilt. I also bought cars/trucks small enough to "drive" those roads and wrapped them up in the quilt.

There was a fabric by Clothworks called Diggers and Dozers. They had one that might work. I bought the entire line to make my grandson a quilt when he goes from a "car" bed to a regular double bed.

    Good luck
