Using BING (Most people use Google. My search engine in Edge just defaults to Bing and I haven't worried about changing it), I searched for CORK COTTON FABRIC. I got quite a few websites. Some our real cork and others are like wine bottle stoppers and more.

Yes, I have seen it in several quilt shops while on vacation last summer. Sometime I have seen it on a roll and sometimes they only sell it in 1/2 yard pieces. It comes in several colors. It's kind of expensive, so I would have a specific project in mind.
