There's a clever fish pattern in the latest issue of AQ American Quilter magazine.

I built this fish themed quilt around a panel:

You could easily do the same with the right panel. The fish blocks are a Debbie Mumm pattern and can be found in her 10th anniversary book.

This is an intricate fish paper pieced pattern, and maybe some whimsical seahorses? http://paperpanache.com/ecart/eAtoZ.php

Feline Fanatic --- I really like the Debbie Mumm fish pattern as well.
    It's available here for free.

I made a fish quilt called Molokini Bay, (a kit is sold at Handcock's of Paducah). Look at the third quilt.

Pam Bono had a realistic fish quilt. Sadly she is gone now. You might find it on eBay.

There is one that is fish bowls, similar to the jars design. Of course, you have to find the fabrics with fish on them (and to scale) to put into the bowls!

I bought fish fabric, cut out the fish and appliqued them to a banner. Quick and colorful.
