Default Looking For Free Embroidered Alphabet Patterns

Does anyone have a link to a site that offers a free hand embroidered alphabet? I'm needing it to finish up a Christmas gift and I have searched and searched. Thanks!

Have you tried googling 'free embroidery alphabet'? Might come up with some nice surprises.

Yes I've tried. I've only found 2 that were free and didn't care for them.

Well....duh! I'll just use my word processor to make them. If I had a brain today I'd be dangerous. LOL!!

Here is one http://fivestarfonts.com/free-fonts-designs/cat_8.html or you could try
    http://cindysembroiderydesigns.com/alphas.html

I happen to like Cindy's better, but to each his own.

Cindy's was one I found and loved but after I downloaded, and tried to open it, it said Windows does not recognize this type file. Thanks anyway.

You need to have embroidery software to open them on the pc or it won't recognize it.

Don't know if you were happy with with your word processor idea, but this page has a lot of neat ones:

I love your signature line about your husband lets you buy all the fabric you can hide. Mine will see me working on something and say, "I don't remember you buying that." I say, "Oh...you've just forgotten." LOL!!
