Default Looking for Free FMQ pattern sources

I'm a novice free motion quilter and really need a pattern to follow.
I am struggling with trying to figure out how to use the plastic templates. I get stuck when I get to the corners of the borders.
I can't seem to find much online in the way of free patterns.

Here are a couple to get you started. You might try the library also.

For plastic templates I use the pounce or clover chalk pencils.

Golden Threads quilting paper has helped me a good deal - http://www.goldenthreads.com/shop/pr...ting-paper-12/

As for free patterns, I'd try here - http://www.forestquilting.com/motifs_free_pg5.html
