    Here's my version. I didn't do the applique borders tho - not a big applique fan.

    Thanks for showing us your version w/out the applique.
    It's so pretty! I was thinking of making one w/out applique as well.

    That is the pattern that I am looking for that shows in all the pictures. I like the one without the applique. Hope I get the pattern from someone. Thanks

    Well, $4.15 isn't bad..on F&P site it's 9.98 with shipping to Ohio. Its in Best of Fon's and Porter Love of Quilting at shopFonsandPorter.com...

    The average quilting pattern is about 10$ now a days with shipping making it even more. So something under 5$ is basically a little more than 1/2 off. Good luck, and if you really love ethe pattern, go for it!

    There was another thread recently about this quilt, and if I'm not mistaken, this quilt is also in a book. Perhaps we could figure out which book, and the OP can check her library for it?

    Edited: Yes, it in a book! It's called "The Best of Fons & Porter: Scrap Quilts" and is on page 6.
