It just occurred to me that I posted this in the wrong section today. No wonder I'm not getting any responses. Duh!! Anyway, my daughter's favorite animal has always been elephants. She has just found out she is pregnant and she wants me to make a baby quilt with a large cute elephant in the center of the quilt. I can find all kinds of small elephant appliques, but no large ones. Does anyone know where I could find one? I guess I can take a small one to Staples and get it enlarged, but I was hoping there is large one out there somewhere. I know I've seen large appliques of other animals, so maybe someone here can give me a clue where to look. Thanks!!

If you can't find one, you could find a coloring page on line and take it to the printers to have it blown up the size you want. I think there used to be a quilt pattern line called forever yours that had large images on the baby quilts. I wonder if they are on line?

I just typed in "elephant applique" and at the search engine and was sent to a bunch of designs with the websites attached. Also coloring books are a great resource for all things animal. Be sure and show us what you come up with.
