Four Pines in Claremont is nice if you are out that way.
I LOVE The Bunkhouse in Lydenborough, Wanda the owner, is fantastic.
Bits n Pieces in Pelham has lots of novelties and a huge Moda selection.
I live in southern NH but still travel all over, Quilted Threads in Henniker that someone mentioned is also a favorite of mine.
