You can get fat quarters at Thousands of Bolts. Here's a link, I did a search for fabrics and chose FQ's.

Fat quarter shop is a good option of where to look. They have nice fabrics.

I talked to Diane in the office recently, only where it specifically says "cut by Matt" are their strips/bundles/cakes whatever cut by them, the rest come from the manufactures precut.

Thank you for your suggestions. I went to each site posted before 06-03-20. The following list has the shops that will cut custom FQ's for online ordering. Shops that were omitted from this list as of 6-4-20 did not indicate a FQ option for online shoppers.
