looking for pattern instructions

Hi, a few weeks ago some generous soul gave instructions (and photos) for making a quilt where she sewed strips on to a square of backing and batting - the put them together using sashing. I want to make this for my daughter for Christmas - bought all the fabric and now can't find the instructions. Can someone direct me to the instructions? Thanks in advance.
