Default Looking for a pattern or other info from this picture

I saw this picture somewhere and am now wanting to make a quilt like this, but don't have enough detail of the fishes. Has anyone seen this?
    Attached Thumbnails fishy-quilt-pic.jpg

Haven't made it, but the fish look like some simple applique to me. Body (including mouth detail) is cut from one fabric. Top fin, back fin, bottom fin, and teeny-tiny fin are cut from a second fabric. Layer the body over the edge of the top, back, and bottom fins. Then layer the teeny-tiny fin over the body. Does this help? You might be able to roughly freehand draw it out knowing that this is how it appears.

Yeah, once I attached the photo I could see it better. It guess it would work as a wall hanging (I think all those appliques add bulk, right?).

I'm guessing that the photo was of a wall hanging, otherwise the fish would be really big.
Since you don't have a pattern, you can just make them whatever size you want.

It looks like the background strips are probably 2" wide finished size.

the background strips look to be wiggly so your seam looks like it might not have to be perfect I love it hehe.

It's definitely applique and the pieces appear to be top stitched with a small zigzag. Looks as if it'd be fairly easy to come up with something very similar, given the right fabrics.

Here's the pattern. It's from Castilleja Cotton.
