    Smile Looking for a pattern

I am looking for a pattern, Lone Star Broken Star. It evidently is an Amish pattern. I have tried Google and Ask. com to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

I googled broken star quilt pattern and there were lots of hits. It seems, however, that the quilt name 'broken star' is used for several different quilt patterns. If you could post a link to a picture of the one you are after (not the picture itself), someone may be able to provide pattern info. here's a free pdf for one:

Someone blogged about using a special interfacing 'quilt smart' (that's new to me, I'll have to look into that )

    Cool

I have a book called Template Free Stars by Jo Parrott. It has a Broken Star size 103"x103". This includes an 8" border. Was an easy pattern, Took me less than 20 hours to piece the quilt. I made the quilt for then president of RJR. Never got a picture of the quilt after it was hand quilted. But that sometimes happens with clients. PM me if you need any additional info.
