I think I may have a book at home by Pam Bono that has something like what you are looking for. I will check and let you know :-)

Welcome! I'm not too far from you -- Hillsboro.

Flows like a ballet dancer? Could bargello quilts qualify? They seem very flowy to me.

I am just getting ready to make my first bargello quilt and I think it's going to be pretty simple. It's a lot of fabrics but they are all strip pieced, so you aren't handling little pieces.

As soon as you said something that flows, I thought of an amazing quilt in a new book called Twist and Turn Bargello Quilts. It looks like waves in blues and greens but I can imagine it done in really soft pinks and mauves.

Oh, maybe I've come up with one of my next projects... :-0
