afternoon all, hope you can help, I am in search of a pattern that is a flower pot cover, I cannot for the life of me remember wherre I saw it. They are square holders.. I tried googling but only got crochet patterns. this would be made from card stock with material sewn together to make a square.

A cover that goes over the plastic plant pot, it had five squares quilted and sewn to make a box, with applique on all four sides.
