    It is pretty. I have never seen it, but it wouldn't be that hard to draw.

    I Would try it with applique- draw it out yourself ? looks like they used smaller blocks on the edges- maybe a bigger solid block in the middle

    Google Marie Webster patterns and you'll see two books that have her original patterns, some look similar to what you are showing. Hope you find it, I love the vintage patterns and quilts.
