    Default looking for pepsi fabric

I am trying to bribe my sister in law into liking me. She works for pepsi company and I thought if I made her a lap quilt she would start liking me again. It did not use to bother me that much but I think think she is starting to rub off on my brother and I hate that. I have tried to fix the problem but she wont just tell me what I have done to upset her. So I keep having to guess. This year it is with kindness that I will try to win her over.

Why? She won't appreciate it anyway. As long as you keep worrying about what you've done wrong, you're giving her power to control you. Just act as if there's nothing at all wrong and treat her the way you normally would. There are some women that can't stand to share their "man" even with his family. She may be so insecure that she resents the time he spend with you. Instead of trying to make up to her just tell her that if she wants to act the way she's been acting that it's her business but you aren't going to let it bother you any more. My husband's sister hasn't spoken to me in years. Except for at family reunions. lol I always make sure I ask how she is in front of one of the aunts so that she has to answer in a civil manner. It really gets her goat. Your brother is probably just trying to keep peace.

Sounds like a good idea, my hubby will be your best friend if you made him a Pepsi quilt, that man loves his Pepsi.
Hope you find some, It's easy to find Coca-Cola fabric, so surely some company makes Pepsi.
If you do find any, please let us know.

Depending on what you can find, it might be easier to do something with the Pepsi colors rather than with actual Pepsi fabric. Depending how good you are with applique, you can even put the word "Pepsi" on it

Why not make her something like pot holders with pepsi fabric, then there won't be so much work down the tube when it doesn't work. Someone like that you aren't going to please anyway you do it. Good luck though.
