Looking for Quilt Picture
Hi All, Looking for a color picture of the Traditional Amish Schoolhouse quilt sold by
Connecting Threads sometime in early 2000's. I have the kit and directions but they are not
in color and the colors are not specified in the design. This is a paper-pieced kit. Part of
my stash reducing efforts. Thanks.

Try this:
http://quiltwithus.connectingthreads...?q=schoolhouse
The quiltwithus website seems to be a blog site for connecting threads. I did a search on the photo section and came up with the above. I also searched on Amish schoolhouse, but nothing came up. If you search just on Amish, there are several pages of photos.

Please, is there a reason you can't just create your own version of the quilt? Do you really need the exact colors the original was made from?
here is a perfect opportunity to get creative if it isn't an absolute need to have the exact colors!

she has the pattern and to tell what goes with what (cuts and fabric requirements) she needs to know which goes with what. they do it by color and she only has a black and white copy. it makes it difficult to figure out.

Thanks for all the suggestions. yes, I have the fabric kit, so I'll play with it as far as having enough colors to complete without adding any. I did contact Connecting Threads and waiting for a reply.
