I finished my GGS's crib quilt today. While working on it my DH told me to go ahead & order the walking foot & the FMQ foot for my machine. They came in just in time & I did all the quilting after the sandwiching with them. Both were much easier than I expected. Today I learned to meander. After being terrified of it for over a week, it really didn't come out too bad, but I need a lot more practice because the smaller areas have smaller meanderings & larger areas have larger ones. I put a picture up in the picture section. To the "newbies" of which I am one...don't be scared of it; it's not so bad!!
