Went to Walmart today to check their prices on Christmas fabric. The bolts were marked regular prices but when I did a self scan they were marked down to .31 per yard, .60 per yard and 1.10 per yard depending on the regular fabric price. I bought 34 1/2 yards of fabric for $35.10, tax included !!! I'm already excited about starting projects for next year !! Go to your Walmart and scan the bolts of Christmas fabric, you may get a great surprise!!!

Wow, that was a great deal! I was there today and was able to get some Christmas lights for 75% off. I was looking for the kind that have big bulbs on them to use outside and all I was able to find before today was the tiny ones. There is a new LED kind and although they're very bright, they're really small and I wanted the traditional large size bulbs for outside. They were $1.74 for a string of 25. DH does not like to go shopping and he was with me so I couldn't push it by going to the fabric dept. Too bad, maybe I could have gotten some good bargains there too.

Our wm has marked the Christmas fabric to 50% off. But most of the Christmas fabric was sold before the sale.

Makes me so mad that our walmart doesnt carry fabric by the bolt. Alot of my stash came from walmart. Glad to here you got such a great deal!

*sigh* They don't have bolts at my walmart anymore. :( Only overpriced and poor quality pre-cuts. I occasionally grab some (I always check, lol), but usually it's not worth it. I DO buy my 505 there, though. It's $10 cheaper than my LQS, and I pick up a can every time I go. LOL

My WM doesn't carry 505. I guess they are different in different areas with many things.
