    Default Lover's knot pattern

These days I seem to be technology challenged. Can someone find written directions for this pattern? I tried to work with just a photo but it's hopeless! Thanks.

does this help? It's for paper piecing, but I think you could follow the diagram and work out your own measurements if you didn't want to paper piece it.

I'm doing a similar one just from a picture as you are trying to do. I've started writing down my steps for future reference, but haven't finished doing so. It is coming out quite nicely.
Are you wanting your stripes to interlace or just use only the two colors of fabric? I'm doing mine with background and two other colors interlacing so you see one overlapping the other.

I have the pattern and have been meaning to do one ever since I saw one done in blacks and golds, at my (not so local) QS. Honestly, I haven't really even read thru the directions tho.
