Smile Loving the 5 day workshop I am taking with Carol Taylor

I was worried about taking this workshop since I have really only quilted following a pattern. I love all the tips and techniques she has been teaching us. I will def. be taking more of her classes! She is so approachable and friendly. If she is ever in your area, I would def. try to see her and her quilts.

She is one of the "greats" in the quilting world , how fortunate you got to take a 5 day workshop. Can't wait to see the newly inspired work.

I am glad you are having a good experience with her. I took a class from her several years ago down in Lancaster. After spending quite a bit of money on fabric for her class, she had the nerve to tell several of us that our fabric wouldn't do and to go shopping at lunch. I thought that was very inappropriate as I know some the the ladies in the class didn't have the money to invest in more fabric. I decided that I liked my colors just fine and used what I already purchased.
