My sister and I are going to take a week-long trip to Charleston in May. Does anyone know of a good quilt shop? Also, any suggestion for places to eat where the locals would go? Don't care to eat at chain restaurants while we're there.

Bubba Gumps to eat
and People Places and Quilts -it has two locations -- one in downtown Charleston and one in Summerville.

Charleston has more places to eat than you can imagine. Plus all the chain restaurants.
People, places and Quilts is a nice shop. They have a web page.
