Lucy Boston Quilt

Has anyone done a Lucy Boston quilt? I saw the pattern and a sample of "The Pattern of the Crosses" and it was STUNNING. the one I saw was hand pieced with long hexagons (they also called them church windows). I told DH I wanted to do one and he rolled his eyes....Men!!

It was quite the rage when it first came out (last year?) and there are versions all over blogland. I remember seeing one done in Kaffe fabrics that was spectacular
