Default Machine decided to act up

Yesterday Alex Anderson was talking on her U tube Program about a viewEr that reported that her machine was broken..Alex said time to have a second machine.

then today I was trying make a quick mask for a friend..my Bernina 153 was acting very strange. .i had just use it last week... glad I had a back up My Bernina 830 Record from1976

mask was quick but setting up 2 x took longer.

will take the 153 in to shop in January. Hoping for a repair..this machine is pretty old too.

I guess many have only one machine. That's like having one screwdriver that fits all and it will never do the best work on all jobs.

I have a Bernina 150 that I used exclusively before I got my new Bernina. I love that machine and would never part with it. I also have several "backups". Too many actually lol

I have a number of vintage machines that are always in working order if my main Janome goes down like it did recently. I usually use a FW for my backup these days. I am grateful that I have 14 machines that I can choose from.

I have lots of back up machines. Not needed any ever, but they are still standing by.
