Mad Adders Ricky Tims
#11
I don't personally do round robins, but I have seen some beautiful things come out of them. Ricky Tims is an excellent teacher, and I'm sure this project will be fun for those involved. Ibex, if you haven't already done so, don't forget to get permission from PatriceJ to start this. It should probably be moved to the appropriate section of the board.

Thanks Dunster! I just sent PatriceJ an email with a link to this thread. If this goes against QB policies in any way, that is not a good thing! I will abide by the governing body here, f'sure.
Great Permissions link, too. I've already broken rule #2. Get permission first.

Hi Yiaya -- I still only have four. I haven't posted in the Challenges board yet. That may get two more to come into the group. I will post when my world calms a bit... Just when I think I can start quilting again, stuff happens...

Yay! Here is the link to the Challenge post with even more details... https://www.quiltingboard.com/quilti...s-t321420.html
So five of us are interested in seeing what Ricky Tims has to offer. This is not going to be one of the more affordable round-robins and exchanges that are normally done with QB. Shipping monthly to one person can get expensive AND there is the $75 to Ricky Tims that cannot be ignored. The thrill of learning a new way to approach quilting is what is luring me. Trying something new with a bunch of willing quilters is also a huge draw. Is anyone else wanting a new adventure in fabric manipulations? I sure hope so!
