    Perhaps technically, but you cannot label it as "Made in the USA" unless all the materials were also made in the US (and if you make it to sell, you must label it with country of origin, among other things).

    From the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act (as amended in 1984):
    Textile fiber products completely made in the United States, of materials made in the United States, must be labeled using the phrase "Made in the U.S.A." or some equivalent.
    Textile fiber products made in the United States, in whole or in part, of imported materials, must be labeled to show this: "Made in USA of imported fabric," or "Knitted in USA of imported yarn."

    or in France, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Jordan, Russia, Hungary, or any of the other countries from which our members hail.
