Hi
My father's birthday is on the 18th, and he wants a glasses case, for 2 pairs of glasses.
How do I want to do that? Do I want to sew through 3 layers, so there is a separator between the two pairs?

I would say you need SOMETHING to seperate the two pair of glasses. I know I can't even stand mine close to my husbands on the counter, they may rub on each other. lol

this pattern could easily be quilted and instead of using the heavy fabric since you will be quilting it you could use any lighter weight fabric.

ghostrider, I have never seen that magazine. Can it be found on store magazine racks or does it have to be bought online?

It's sold where you would find magazines with a narrower target audience than most other quilting magazines. It's not at JoAnn's, but is at Borders and Barnes and Noble. Not meaning to sound snobby, but it's where you would find "better" magazines...the ones with glossy covers. :lol: This is the third year they have put out the special holiday edition with lots of stuff to make. The regular issues, six per year, are more about art quilt techniques, events. artists, etc., though there are sometimes patterns for the type of things found in the holiday issue. Hope that helps.

I shop Barns A LOT but I don't spend much time if any looking at magazines there! I guess I will have to take a look this weekend while I am there! Thank you for the heads up!
