Anyone going to this Sept 16,17,18? This will be my second time attending one of these, last year in Harrisburg was mind blowing for me. Found some new 'accessories/gadgets' that I just loved! What stunning quilts on display, got my creative thinking stimulated!

Sounds like a wonderful place to be that weekend. I will be in Little Rock for a family wedding!

I live in South Central PA and hope to attend. I usually try to attend quilt shows on Friday.

I thought the dates were Sept 17-20? http://www.quiltfest.com/activities_detail.asp?id=36 I wish I could go, but Philly is too far from here. I have a quilt in one of the special exhibits, so give it my love and tell it to behave itself on tour. :D I hope you have a really great time!

I am taking two classes, both from George and Virginia, Twirling logs and Bird of Paradise, Friday and Saturday! If you are there, please look me up! I surely would love to 'meet' others on this forum!

I took a bus trip down yesterday,Friday, from Corning and it was wonderful.
The vendors were outstanding and I didn't even break the bank.
    Have fun.

I was able to attend the show with 25 other quilters on a bus trip - it was a beautiful show. The quilts were gorgeous and the vendors had so many new products. I really enjoyed the show. The quilter who arranges these trips informed us that the next trip that she is organizing will be to the show in Cincinnati in April....That gives me just about enough time to recoup and be on the bus for that wonderful show. I am glad that you had a great time. These shows are such a resource for quilters to see the work of fellow quilters and see first hand the new products that are available to us.

Oh, please let us know how the classes go!

DD lives very near there; I am planning to go next year and will be watching for what classes are offered, too.

It is at OAKS, PA. And it is great!

It is sort of N.W, of Philadelphia. King of Prussia/Valley Forge exit on the Tpk.
