Hi everyone! I am new to the quilting board, but hoping someone can help me. My grandmother recently passed away and I received her Kenmore C877.78 sewing machine. It does not have the manual for it. As I am just learning to sew, I am having trouble figuring the machine out.

Would anyone be able to email or send me a copy of the manual for this machine? Or does anyone know where I can get a manual for it?

    Thanks so much!

    Kate

I know there's a site, but I don't know where. I'm sure someone will be able to help you better than me. Have you tried Goggling Kenmore sewing machine manuals? I think that would be a start.

I have tried googling it. That's actually how I was brought to this site. It showed me that one user had posted last year saying she had the manual and was willing to scan it for another member and email it. I sent her a pm, but thought I would create a thread anyway just in case anyone else had it.

try sears.com and go into the parts section, you may be able to download a copy or at the very least order a copy just by putting in the model number. I downloaded a copy of my manual that way. I hope this helps. Good luck!

I checked the sears website and even called them, but the girl on the line said the machine is too old and they don't even have it in their system...
