    Does anyone know where I could find March/April 2006 issue of Love of Quilting I'm interested in the pattern in there with paper pieced tulips.

    I have this issue, but the picture you have posted is not in it. There is a tulip quilt in it with a large panel in the center and pieced tulips, but this pattern is not paper pieced. Sorry.

    I too have this issue. I bought it on DVD, acutally it's the whole year on DVD. You might try F&P website to see if it's still there.
