    Default Marilyn Monroe?

Wondering if anyone has made a quilt with Marilyn Monroe theme. There are a lot of small blocks out there just needing some ideas. Thank you.

Looks like 8 to 10" blocks on panels of multiple shots. The one panel with her standing over an air vent is large but mostly black and white. Not sure that I want to work with black and white.

    Just need some inspiration.

Go for it, I made an Elvis quilt for my son in law out of small pictures and two different quilts from star trek blocks.

You can find colors you want to try with it and then make up some of your favorite blocks and see if they compliment the panels.

    That is really cute Texan.

You could just frame the individual blocks.

This one from Pinterest is a lot of small blocks framed:

    another variation:

so is this one (with Audrey Hepburn):

and another variation (with crazy nurse):

This one just put the blocks together with no frames or sashing:

Pinterest does have a lot of ideas:

Hi Mindless! I like all of these ideas. I'm thinking that I might buy the throw on Etsy and put a quilt of colors on the other side. Have to wait and see what the size is. Thank you for all of your information. I so appreciate it. Yolanda
