matching fabrics

I don't remember which online store it was, but one of them lets you click on a spot in a fabric and it will pull every fabric from their store that has the same color in it. It's pretty cool because it allows you to match across different fabric lines. Maybe someone can point you to that store since I can't seem to remember, but it was very helpful for me.

A lot of online stores have fabric sorted by manufacture and collections
Thousands of Bolts - has their fabric sorted by color - you can search my manufacturer

They have 3 other links - when you select on a fabric - one is a color matcher -
Although I have not used it Moda has this link

That might help as well.
But I can't tell you how many times I have gone to Joann Fabric only to leave with nothing.
