Measurements for XL Twin beds

Since so many college dorms use the XL Twin beds, could anyone please give me the measurements for these beds, There are a lot of us who would love to send a special quilt with our college-bound kids.

This site list all of the quilt sizes and it has a listing for xlong twin 59 x 90 with no pillow tuck or 59x 100 with pillow tuck.

Hope this helps you. I have a print out of this in with my quilting patterns and refer to it often.
