Just a thought. Maybe google a medium quilting stencil stipple on line, print it, then use transfer paper to the top. Sounded good anyway. LOL. Hope it works. SOrry for your loss.

Ruth I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your husband and son.
I was at Hobby Lobby last week and they had their stencils on clearance. I found the different stippling sizes for only around 2.50 each. Maybe you would be able to find them there too.. If not is it possible to go to the library and get a pattern there? Another thought is to check with the senior center in town and see if someone there would be willing to loan you one. Often here there are several ladies there that quilt. Another thought is to check around with some local churches and maybe find a quilting guild or group. Hope you get what you need & I admire you for keeping on with the tradegy you have faced.

I am so sorry for your loss. that is a very difficult thing to bear, so you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Do you know the manufacturer of the other stencils you are using?
If I were to email you a tracing of a medium stipple, would you be able to print it out and work with it from there?
