    Hey Amma, remember these?:
Amma, Amma, give me your answer true,
I'm quiltncrazy, and wondering if you are too?
I have to have my fabrics,
and just can't kick the habit...
    So it'd be sweet,
    If we could meet,
And go shopping for me and you. by QC

There is nothing that I would like better
than to have the mailman deliver a letter

One glance at the return addy, you see
would make me dance around with glee

For this would mean mousie is on her way
to come visit, shop, eat, sew and play

We'd chatter all day and through the night
quilting and laughing while having a bite

The time will pass so quickly when you are here
so we shall have to plan this again for next year by Amma

    and now it's really gonna happen...yippee!!!!! :D

I just know there are a few more that have seen this, and thinking, "oh, I would love to do something like that, but a little too shy. I would be by myself, with a bunch of ppl I don't REALLY know."
We are fellow quilters and board members, so we know we have lots in common. None of us are gonna be alone, I promise. Quilters are some of the best ppl you can find, and they really look out for each other. It would be so much fun, and don't want anyone that can really go, to let, their, 'shyness', stop them. You just have no idea, how much my family has helped me to come out of my shell, and I am glad for it. Come on, please. When your 80 and in your rocking chair, you will look back with no regrets for the fun, you 'didn't' have

I hope so too! It's just a little driving, meeting up, exchange names and stuff. Go find some good food, and then hit the fabric stores, woo hoo! Even if you don't have a lot of money, just some gas, a meal and some fat quarters. Then hopefully we'll all have a good gab session and get some great pics, to go with the memory of our day. It's sure to be lots of fun...you know you really want to
